Hurricanehunter

A memeber of the Seekers, Hurricanehunter is both the Second in Command of Viomengiguar and co-ruler of the Decepticon Hegemony of Chaar. One of the most powerful Outlier to ever exsist. Hurricanehunter not only has the ability to control the weather, but also can maipulate elements associated with the weather such as electricity, water, ice, wind and sand/dust.

She's also Violengiguar wife, and the mother of Cipher and Riggorus

History:

Hurricanehunter was forged during the early Nominus Prime era and became a Decepticon Seeker, at somepoint she would meet and fall in love with Violengiguar, and would raised both Cipher and riggorus with him

During the Great War she would act as his second in command.She would also become the co-ruler of the Decepticon hegemony of Chaar when it was founded after Violengiguar found it and made it the centre of his sub-empire.
