Hurricanehunter

A memeber of the Seekers, Hurricanehunter is both the Second in Command of Viomengiguar and co-ruler of the Decepticon Hegemony of Chaar. One of the most powerful Outlier to ever exsist. Hurricanehunter not only has the ability to control the weather, but also can maipulate elements associated with the weather such as electricity, water, ice, wind and sand/dust.

She's also Violengiguar wife, and the mother of Cipher and Riggorus

History:

Hurricanehunter was forged during the early Nominus Prime era and became a Decepticon Seeker, at somepoint she would meet and fall in love with Violengiguar, and would raised both Cipher and Riggorus with him

During the Great War she would act as his second in command.  She was with Violengiguar when they first arrived at Chaar, and was with him as they went to go search for their daughter Cipher, during which shw saw a Chaarantula and wondered how such complex organic life can live here.

 

Once Cipher was found she and Violengiguar went to her location and helped Cipher defend the locals from the Rust Giants alongside her fellow Decepticons. She then went to fight the rust Giants at the Battleboss base, before celebrating their victory over the Rust Giants back at the locals fortress[Spotlight Violengiguar]

 

She would become the co-ruler of the Decepticon Hegemony of Chaar when it was founded after Violengiguar became Chaar leader it and made it the centre of what would become his furute sub-empire.
