Scarlett

A G.I Joe operative under the command of Duke, Scarlett  is probably the most skilled at her job. A former Government agent, Scarlett might seem as a tough person, but she has a good heart. Her toughness coming from  her early years.

Her weapon of choice is a little weird, a blaster shaped as a crossbow.

History:

Born in 1969 as Shana M. O’Hara in Atlanta, Georgia. Scarlett was trained from a young age to be a fighter from her father. Before being recruited into G.I Joe she used to work as Agent Scarlett. At somepoint before 1996 she was put under the command of Duke.

She along with the rest of Duke's unit went to investigate a MARS facility after Cobra formerly introduced themselves to the world(threatening it with Creeper bombs) when they were captured by Cobra.

However they escaped and she partook in the raid of the facility[G.I.Joe Vanguard 1 of 4] Later she interrogated a Cobra Paratrooper for the location of Cobra island, and during the invasion of Cobra island arrested the Baroness[G.I.Joe Vanguard 2 of 4]

She was part of Duke's team for a mission in a Cobra controlled Nanzhao when they were captured by Cobra[Total failure]
