Quintessons
One of the oldest alien race in the galaxy, The Quintessons have a very long history. Though in the Modern day more business like and entrepreneur, you wouldn’t have liked to be those species who were enslaved by them during the ancient past, back when they were ore imperial.
Ruled originally by Quintessa and currently by Alpha Q, The Quintessons are still a force to be recon with, even the black box consortia dose not target them over hoe powerful they are, and how cruel they can be to their enemies.
Their also the only known current race colonising the Andromeda Galaxy, which is a problem for itself.
History:
According to ancient legend, the Quintessons were created by a being only known as the Up-bringer (Quintus prime) who evolved them to the main genus that exists to modern day. After being advanced enough, the Up-bringer was expelled from their world by Quintessa who became the head of state.
Under the rule of empress Quintessa the Quintesson race started their own expansionary period of conquest, colonising primitive worlds and enslaving early races across their part of the galaxy. They would meet other races and make trade deals with them, making them stronger as well.
Some Quintessons founded the world of Cybertron, where they tricked the natives that they were their true creators. For millions of years they more or less enslaved the population, but never decided to b ring them off world.
When they were close to making them mindless machines the Cybertronians rebelled against them, being lead by Alpha prime and later Nova Prime. They were driving off world, but not before their leader was killed after trying to get hold of the situation.
Alpha Q came to power sometime later and introduced many reforms to the Quintesson empire for the better. They became more business-like, and over time they built better relationships with the galaxy, even mending their relationship with the Cybertronians to an extent.
The Quintesson empire would have several wars between them and the Vestial Imperium after the Vestial imperium became a major power in the Galaxy. In more modern times they started colonising the Andromeda Galaxy under General Brinn.
They would stay out of the Autobot-Decepticon war for the most part, having concerns of how powerful their former slave colony race has become. Many newer galactic nations felt.

The Quintessons from suleforger continuity are mostly based physically on G1 Quintessons and Cyberverse Quintessons, while how they work as a society is more Animated Quintessons but mainly Alighted Quintessons.
The Quintessons are currently the only Galactic power in the Milky way with territories in the Andromeda galaxy.
Like their aligned counterparts, they're created by Quintus prime.
