Dier Wraiths

 

The main enemies of the space knights, the Dier wraiths are an alien race of shift shaping magic users who infect other organic organism to transform them into other Wraiths. Being born out of the survivors of the Antalia war during the Guardian era.

Now with conquest in their mind, the Dier wraiths have secretly made an empire of their own, even at some point have taken over Elonia, though their now near extinct, most Dier wraiths still want to complete that ancient goal.

For some reason, a high proportion of their mass is made out of traces of Dark energon, not good.

History:

The Dier wraiths were created as a side effect of activating the Talisman, a last ditch superweapon used on their Cybertronian invaders. The Survivors of the weapon, from Antalians to trees, were warped with the power of arcane energy and Dark energon into the Dier wraiths.

They regrouped under the leadership of the Presence, who took them to a world in the Dark nebula. Over hundreds of Millions of years this new race was warped by the mental corruption of Dark energon, eventually becoming warmongering and expansionist of their own.

Around a couple of millennia ago they started expanding as their own secret empire, transforming worlds into copies of their new one. By the 19th century they had even started a secret war with the Solstar order, including taking over Elonia, it’s capital world.

When the Spaceknights were formed after the discovery of Ore 12, they made a counteroffensive which lead to the destruction of the Wraith capital world, killing most of their race and scattering their survivors out into the galaxy.

A group led by Xeldynn went to Prysmos to steal all its magic when they were hunted down by a group led by Spaceknight Plor, and with help of the Spectral knights, defeated this Wraith Sorceress.

The Presence and her loyalists went on earth, being attracted by the Dark energon there, and slowly started mining it. Rom came to Earth, and eventually destroyed that faction during Unicron’s reawakening, though hand help from Cognive.

The presence and her fact ion were transformed back into their antalians forms, and were allowed to live on Elonia(they had amnesia too).
