Consider the leader of the Thirteen, Prima is beloved to be the first creation of Primus. As the leader of the Thirteen, Prima usually has the final say in matters, and only Primon is the only bot more respected then him, as Primon is more closer to Primus in nature then he even is, and he's his closest ally.

despite not being cruel, as well as caring for life in the universe. Prima has a slight arrogance problem. Somewhere down the line he started believing that bots forged later down the line(excluding Primon) were more closer to Unicron. And in particular he had little trust of Liege Maximo and Megatronus.

He wielded the Star sabre, and ancient Sword who power is only rivalled by the Requiem blaster and the Apex armour. As well as holding the Origin Matrix in it's hilt.

History:

Prima was one of the first Cybertronians to be made to combat Unicron. They defeated the chaotic being with the Requiem blaster and the Matrix of Leadership, and for a time their was peace between his brothers.

During that peacetime he became wary of Megatronus and Liege Maximo. He was for the banishment of Megatronus, and was happy when he was Banished. At some point he tracked down Thunderwing and defeated her[confusion on Floron 2]

For a time he also used the titan emissary as his barge to explore the early galaxy, being impressed by some feature, not so by others. At somepoint he battled Predaking and won and the knight of Lacon based his traditions on him.

Eons later, emissary colony was named after him. He was mentioned while Airwave was explaining how they can leave the planet via his servant emissary[Recrudesce of Emissary 1 of 2] He was mentioned by Emissary while talking to Stardrive[Recrudesce of Emissary 2 of 2]

He also confronted The fallen while he tried to resurrect Solus(which he did) but left him alone after Solus told him who really killed her[Return of the Fallen]He was mentioned in Vector Primes book about Multiversal travel[A guide to the Multiverse]

He was seen fighting Mogahn during the Mogahn Crisis[The end has come...]

Notes:

Prima is more like his aligned self then anyone else.

If you thought Megatron was an evil , Merciless Dictator then your wrong by a hundred percent. That title rightfully belongs to Straxus of Polyhex, Who even Megatron leaves him alone because even though Megatron is mildly insane he insanity is surpass by this bot. Believed to be the son of the Malignus Darkmount or Darkmount himself. Straxus is hated by all. Even his loyal troops are downright terrified by him. He executed more then his leader and is far older then him. His alleged end was at the hands of Sixshot who downright hates him.  His head somehow got to earth and is the mastermind under the Headmaster war and plans his return. Their nobody like Straxus. History:  Straxus is to believed to be at least related to the Malignus general Darkmount or even the same person. Before the war he was a Senator and owned the castle Darkmount. Simacore

One of many members of the Decepticon science division, Simacore has a major Ego problem. Though he is a very smart Scientist, his ego guide him to challenge the "Simpletons" as their superior. Unlike many other scientists, he's also freakishly strong for a bot his size. TL;DR - unless your smarter then him he will belittle your intelligence. History: Simacore was forged during the Sentinel Prime era and became a Decepticon Scientist, During the war he would be involved in many Decepticon Science projects.
