History:

Stinkbomb was forged during the early Maxicon era and grew up to be a psychologist, However When great Convoy came to power he joined Lio primes resistance grope and became the gropes communications officer.

He was one of many Maximals and Predacons who chased Magmatron’s Terrorist grope to earth and got stuck there, He reported the movement of the superweapon Majin Zarak towards a human city to Big convoy and Lio Prime[Neo beasts 2 of 3]

That title rightfully belongs to Straxus of Polyhex, Who even Megatron leaves him alone because even though Megatron is mildly insane he insanity is surpass by this bot. One of many members of the Decepticon science division, Simacore has a major Ego problem. Though he is a very smart Scientist, his ego guide him to challenge the "Simpletons" as their superior. Unlike many other scientists, he's also freakishly strong for a bot his size. TL;DR - unless your smarter then him he will belittle your intelligence.
