Dinobot

A long time ago, Dinobot was a Decepticon native to Eukaris and a former member of Cryotek crime syndicate, He has since joined the Maximals to adjourn his criminal past. He has a strict since of honour and a morality which come before anything else.

He and Rattrap are weird friends.

History:

Dinobot was forged on Eukaris and visited Cybertron at somepoint, where he brought the idea of the Decepticon to Eukaris and became a Decepticon himself, for a time he was a part of Cryotek crime syndicate but left and joined the Maximals.

His Optic laser ability was compared to the non Outlier ability "The Pax effect" by Dion when telling off Aftershock for using her abilities irresponsibly out of the concern of her health, as it's rather dangerous to use[The Pax effect]

He was one of many Maximals to be on the Axalon and get stuck on earth, he attacked his former comrade Ghawnsteeth and Scorponok but was defeated, however he was saved by Tigertron[Discovery drive]

He was with Rattrap, Botanica and Domitius major while exploring Lemuria when he ended up fighting the plant-like Inhumanoid Tenndryl along with the Predacons[Spotlight: Botanica]

Notes:

He’s based on BW Dinobot

He shares his bodytype with Thrustor and Vertibreak

He turns into a Utahraptor

Dinobot is an Outlier, making his Laser eye ability an outlier ability(called Optic lasers)

If you thought Megatron was an evil , Merciless Dictator then your wrong by a hundred percent. That title rightfully belongs to Straxus of Polyhex, Who even Megatron leaves him alone because even though Megatron is mildly insane he insanity is surpass by this bot. Believed to be the son of the Malignus Darkmount or Darkmount himself. Straxus is hated by all. Even his loyal troops are downright terrified by him. He executed more then his leader and is far older then him. His alleged end was at the hands of Sixshot who downright hates him.  His head somehow got to earth and is the mastermind under the Headmaster war and plans his return. Their nobody like Straxus. Simacore

One of many members of the Decepticon science division, Simacore has a major Ego problem. Though he is a very smart Scientist, his ego guide him to challenge the "Simpletons" as their superior. Unlike many other scientists, he's also freakishly strong for a bot his size. TL;DR - unless your smarter then him he will belittle your intelligence. History: Simacore was forged during the Sentinel Prime era and became a Decepticon Scientist, During the war he would be involved in many Decepticon Science projects.
