Clio is a Decepticon soldier who a part of Megaempress splinter grope, An weapons engineer,  Clio often contributed to the creation of new weapons and technology for Megaempress, though said technology could be just as wild as something that Wheeljack would create

Her most well known invention was the Glass Gun

 

History:

Clio was forged in the Nominus era and became one of Megaempresse's thugs and helped In Megatron's abduction[A forceful Marriage], During the great war she joined Megaempress splinter grope, she was guarding the Arena when she was killed by Spinister[threat of Megaempress]

When war came about she retaliated against her love and formed a Pacifist grope.  She hoped to get control of the Decepticons to Usher a new era of good. But she could never succeed her goal. She can Subdue most people she meets with her beauty. Galvaempress: Megaempress was found by the Autobots and she was repaired with new abilities, as such Megaempress renamed herself Galvaempress. Wheezing arrow is a air commander of the Decepticon Air force(or better know as seekers) and unlike the rest of his troops(except few) he not loyal to Starscream, he knows when a fight can’t be won and tries to get his troops to safety when he sees them in danger. He’s quite high in the seekers hierarchy. History: Wheezing arrow was cold-constructed during Zeta times and became an air commander with the same rank as Starscream, he joined the Decepticon with some of his combatants some time after much of the cybertronian air force joined the Decepticons under Starscream.
