When bots see Brouhaha, they assume that he's overzealous and violent as his more famous counterpart Lugnut, However that's far from the case. Yes he a great warrior but he's more calm then Lugnut, and is a pretender to.

he still has a POKE as his main weapon.

History:

Brouhaha was cold-constructed during the great war and at somepoint he was fitted with  the pretender technology. He tried to get Brains to stop his mindless rampage and also had to save him from the Autobots before they captured him[Family reunion]

He was sent with some other pretenders to a new planet to retrieve the Ultra matrix, but failed to acquire it[Pretenders battles]

That title rightfully belongs to Straxus of Polyhex, Who even Megatron leaves him alone because even though Megatron is mildly insane he insanity is surpass by this bot.
