Trypticon needs to be controlled by a bot, or otherwise he would be uncontrollable, so when the Decepticons recruited him to his side they created two bots to tame him, one of them was the Decepticon Full-tilt.

A bit of a pessimist he's considered the only true friend of the Titan and has the most control over him when it comes to stopping the titan killing other Decepticons, he only fights in the war in hopes of a peaceful life afterwards to raise a family.

He's also in a relationship with Wipeout

History:

Full-tilt was cold- constructed during the great war along with Wipeout, in which they formed a relationship. He was the one in charge in retrieving the Ultra Matrix, but his grope failed and he yelled at them for failing[Pretenders battles]

After the great war he reunited with Wipeout, however around the time of Lio Primes era his wife was kidnapped by Magmatron, so he went to earth to find her, after  getting help with big convoy he finally rescued her and returned to Cybertron[Neo beasts 3 of 3]

If you thought Megatron was an evil , Merciless Dictator then your wrong by a hundred percent. That title rightfully belongs to Straxus of Polyhex, Who even Megatron leaves him alone because even though Megatron is mildly insane he insanity is surpass by this bot. Believed to be the son of the Malignus Darkmount or Darkmount himself. Straxus is hated by all. Even his loyal troops are downright terrified by him. He executed more then his leader and is far older then him. His alleged end was at the hands of Sixshot who downright hates him.  His head somehow got to earth and is the mastermind under the Headmaster war and plans his return. Their nobody like Straxus. History:  Straxus is to believed to be at least related to the Malignus general Darkmount or even the same person. Before the war he was a Senator and owned the castle Darkmount. Simacore

One of many members of the Decepticon science division, Simacore has a major Ego problem. Though he is a very smart Scientist, his ego guide him to challenge the "Simpletons" as their superior. Unlike many other scientists, he's also freakishly strong for a bot his size. TL;DR - unless your smarter then him he will belittle your intelligence. History: Simacore was forged during the Sentinel Prime era and became a Decepticon Scientist, During the war he would be involved in many Decepticon Science projects.
