Maximals

Originally a sub faction under the Autobots, the Maximals were created as the Autobots experimented with new types of tech. A rather peaceful faction, the Maximals are less keen in taking part in the civil war.

They eventually became the dominant two factions on Cybertron after the great war and started the beast era.

History:

The Maximals were originally from the Maximal project made by Cerebros and Plasma to make a cybertronian which could better disguise themselves on a Organic world without technology.

They became the dominant faction on Eukaris and many were recruited into the military, at some point gropes of Maximals separated from their faction and made the Predacon faction as a result.

The Maximals and predacons coexisted  on Eukaris despite being two factions, and the Maximals became the dominant government in Eukaris. When the war came only a few Maximals actually took part in the war; even only Cryotek terrorist grope were the only predacons to take part in the war for the Decepticon side.

The Maximals were largely unaffected by the war, and the only conflict that was explicit was when Ultra Magnus went to Eukaris to visit his family members their and some cons followed.

When the war ended the Maximals became a popular faction and eventually after the Machine war became the ruling faction of Cybertron along with the Predacons.
