Tarn

Tarn is the leader of the Decepticon justice division (or DJD),Originally a bot called Damus. Tarn joined the Decepticon to stop corruption in their world. He is very serious of his job and is very critical to terminating traitors on his list.

Tarn is quite armed. Turning into a weaponised version of a tank you would have seen in the mines as a drill tank rather as a war tank. His most famous weapon of choice is the double fusion cannon.

Nobody knows what’s underneath that Decepticon insignia mask of his. Maybe he has a normal face but some people summarise that he could be a cyclops eye bot like shockwave or Whirlwind.

History:

Damus was forged during sentinels era. Really concerned about the governments corruption, he joined the Decepticons in the city of Tarn after being harassed by functionist's and being saved by Drixco. Renaming himself after the city he joined the movement and changed his colour scheme grey and purple along with getting a new alt-mode.[Spotlight: Tarn]

During the war he was put as the leader of the DJD and took his job very seriously. He was apologising to Ratbat over the injuries of his men after a bombing of a Decepticon base, which injured Octopunch and killed Steamhamer.[Spotlight Octopunch]

He with the rest of his crew tried to kill the traitor Deathasaurus by invading his warworld and was defeated by Lyzack and Esmaral. He tried to bargain for his teammates freedom by taking Lyzack hostage but was defeated by Goryu. [Spotlight Lyzack]

After the Great war he and the DJD became criminals and was killed by Deathplay on Soundwave orders[End of the DJD]His gravestone was seen by Blowback when attending Lio Prime’s funeral[The Threefold spark]

Straxus

If you thought Megatron was an evil , Merciless Dictator then your wrong by a hundred percent. That title rightfully belongs to Straxus of Polyhex, Who even Megatron leaves him alone because even though Megatron is mildly insane he insanity is surpass by this bot. Believed to be the son of the Malignus Darkmount or Darkmount himself. Straxus is hated by all. Even his loyal troops are downright terrified by him. He executed more then his leader and is far older then him. His alleged end was at the hands of Sixshot who downright hates him.  His head somehow got to earth and is the mastermind under the Headmaster war and plans his return. Their nobody like Straxus. History:  Straxus is to believed to be at least related to the Malignus general Darkmount or even the same person. Before the war he was a Senator and owned the castle Darkmount. Simacore

One of many members of the Decepticon science division, Simacore has a major Ego problem. Though he is a very smart Scientist, his ego guide him to challenge the "Simpletons" as their superior. Unlike many other scientists, he's also freakishly strong for a bot his size. TL;DR - unless your smarter then him he will belittle your intelligence. History: Simacore was forged during the Sentinel Prime era and became a Decepticon Scientist, During the war he would be involved in many Decepticon Science projects.
