Blackout

Described as the Hound of Megatron, Blackout is another one of those loyal zealots of Megatron. Usually used as a grunt for Megatron's plans he has destroyed many key location
of Autobot forts during the war for Cybertron.

Blackout has a hunting type of job. Whatever is targeted by Megatron he finds it/them and ether destroys the target or takes it to his leader. He has a lot of beef towards Starscream but who doesn't.

He can make EMP waves by stomping his feet.

History:

Blackout was one of many Decepticons to be onboard the Nemesis on the quest for the allspark and was stranded on earth. After being awaken he berated Overkill along with Grindor for his obsession with Itami[Stellar Oddesey]

He was told by Shockwave to tell Knockout that he borrowed some of his equipment and that what he did.[Spotlight Hotrod]He was mentioned by Bonecrusher when he asked Barricade if he wanted to watch Jurassic park with him.[Nuclear theft]

He also asked Brawl and Lugnut to help him investigate Dobledealer, in which he confirmed his suspicion he's an Autobot spy.[To the moon]

His EMP ability is based on Animated Blackout

If you thought Megatron was an evil , Merciless Dictator then your wrong by a hundred percent. That title rightfully belongs to Straxus of Polyhex, Who even Megatron leaves him alone because even though Megatron is mildly insane he insanity is surpass by this bot. Believed to be the son of the Malignus Darkmount or Darkmount himself. Straxus is hated by all. Even his loyal troops are downright terrified by him. He executed more then his leader and is far older then him. His alleged end was at the hands of Sixshot who downright hates him.  His head somehow got to earth and is the mastermind under the Headmaster war and plans his return. Their nobody like Straxus. Simacore

One of many members of the Decepticon science division, Simacore has a major Ego problem. Though he is a very smart Scientist, his ego guide him to challenge the "Simpletons" as their superior. Unlike many other scientists, he's also freakishly strong for a bot his size. TL;DR - unless your smarter then him he will belittle your intelligence. History: Simacore was forged during the Sentinel Prime era and became a Decepticon Scientist, During the war he would be involved in many Decepticon Science projects.
