Lio prime
Like any bearer of the matrix, Lio prime was just a normal young bot called Lio and was satisfied of his life. He had a home, a job and a companion and that would of been his life if Itami didn't pass the Matrix to him.
After that for knows how long he lead a resistance against the Evil Galva convoy and after all of that hassle finally got his rightful title as ruler of Cybertron. Since then Cybertron was at peace and eventually joined as one under his rule.
He has a son called Lio junior and is related with Big convoy.
History:
Lio was born sometime after the Autobot Decepticon war, and was raised for by Itami prime herself. When he was young he fell in love with Kappa convoy and started a relationship with each other.
He was minding his business when he saw Itami prime get attacked by Galva convoy and alerted Kappa and Blackarachnia. The events which followed led him to receiving the Matrix and becoming Lio prime.
Over the next few years he lead a resistant cell against Galva convoy. he teamed up with Galvaclash to get rid of Galva convoy in which they succeeded but with Galvaclash dying. But Lio finally became the ruler of Cybertron.
40 years later he sent Big convoy and a grope to capture Magmatron and his cronies
After some time he went to earth to his now wife Kappa, his kid Lio junior and some other leaders from the great war era and helped thwart one of Magmatron's schemes before going home[Neo beasts 2 of 3]
Sometime after Magmatron's capture he united Cybertron under the Commandron faction, as mentioned by big convoy.[Neo beasts 3 of 3]He was killed by a group of Rambles by Exarchon’s orders after fighting him during the final battle against his army[The Threefold spark]

He's based on Lio convoy from beast wars 2
He shares his bodytype with Razorclaw
His name ‘Lio’ is short for Lionimus
Lio prime is both a Maximal and Predacon in my universe
