Soundwave

Once a senator in the senate. Soundwave is considered the most loyal Decepticon in Megatron's ranks, Cold and Merciless to enemies. He cares for few ether then Megatron, His wife Moonheart and his pets the  Decepticon mini-cassette.

when it comes to being in a high position he's rather satisfied as a Communication officer. He also know a bit of Science, Developing the sound speaker weapons he so infamous for creating.

He really hates Starscream for obvious reasons and acts as an Advisor. Many say he should be second in command. he also scares people who think of committing treason and can easily handle traitors.

The only bot he seems to react with feeling to is Moonheart. its hard to tell he has a full face under his mask. But will anyone know, Unlikely. Also he love Mecanimals. He probably has some relation to the Mercenary leader Soundblaster.

History:

Soundwave  before the war was a senator and was well know. With Megaempress influence he got married to Moonheart which was one of the few people he loved.[Megatron's surprise] He also kept pets which would evolve by the time of the great war as the Decepticon mini-cassette.

At some point he secretly fallen in with Megatron and acted as governmental support. At another point he adopted a sparkling for Moonheart, who he took care of as his own, the bot would become the Decepticon size changer and triple changer Doombox. 

eventfully he quit his job and became a Decepticon. when the war began he got respect for barely failing at his tasks. He was rather upset when Moonheart became apart of Megaempresse's splitting grope.

He was one of the occupant of the nemesis and was quite happy about Moonheart being with him again. during this trip he visited Combatron and Animatron, and led a group of Decepticons while stuck in Transwarp space and eventually got ejected in an escape pod while his ship crashed on earth[Stellar Oddesey]

Ghawnsteeth will eventually waken him and soundwave planned to summon a Decepticon army.[Unearthing soundwave] but he was thwarted by Formikon. but was happy when he found the location of his master ship but it took him until 1995 to fully dug it up.[war of beasts 2 of 2]

Once he achieved his goal he help his master try to defeat the Autobots. He aloud Ravage to return to the nemesis when he was attacked back by Neil.[Man vs Cat] He once have to save him from his old wife Galvaempress.[Megatron's surprise] 

after Megatron demise and the defeat of Unicron he forged a treating with prime and ended the war. After burying his leader he went back to the nemesis and took leadership of the Decepticons who were to be reborn as the Alphacons. Before leaving to Cybertron.[Truce Transmetal][transformer vengeance 3 of 4]

during Cybertron restoration, he received a container which he later used to trap Unicron's essence after Optimus prime expelled his presence from Megatron's body, however Megatron wanted to die so he asked Soundwave to kill him, which he did[Journey of Megacron]

He started a termination program for dangerous Decepticon criminals and had Deathplay terminate them, one group was the DJD. Kaon and Nickel were spared, and he had a conversation with Kaon in Garrus 9[End of the DJD]
