Overkill

Overkill may not be the strongest Decepticons or well know but he know how to scare people. An expert in Psychological warfare he can subdue a foe without much physical fighting, using these same tactics to get weak willed member of the Decepticons to do stuff for him. 

He also has an obsession over Itami to a very disturbing degree, with many Decepticons wanting him dead due to this. Why Megatron hasn't executed him is unknown, though as soon as his usefullness runs out, Megatron may get rid of him for good.

History:

Overkill was forged during the Zeta Prime era and before the war Overkill did some horrific crimes which led to him being arrested by Barricade, before he was Incarcerated in Garrus-9 for his crimes. 

At some time during the early war he escaped prison and became a Decepticon. Not long afterward he met Itami and he tried to kidnap her many times on Cybertron. He joined Megatron to find the allspark.

Sometime after reawakening in 1997 he found Itami and tried to Kidnap her Again if not Elita 1 saved her[Factory location]

He shares his bodytype with Snapdragon and Krunk

Blackout

  Described as the Hound of Megatron, Blackout is another one of those loyal zealots of Megatron. Usually used as a grunt for Megatron's plans he has destroyed many key location of Autobot forts during the war for Cybertron. Blackout has a hunting type of job. Whatever is targeted by Megatron he finds it/them and ether destroys the target or takes it to his leader. He has a lot of beef towards Starscream but who doesn't. He can make EMP waves by stomping his feet. History: Blackout was one of many Decepticons to be onboard the Nemesis on the quest for the allspark and was stranded on earth. Chemtrail

A rather brash individual, Chemtrail is a Young Decepticon seeker with big dreams, being a bit of a show off,  Chemtrail wants to rise through the ranks of the Decepticons, she hopes to become a Decepticon general one day However her Daredevil behaviour and her tendency to overestimate her own abilities understandable holds her back from achieving said goal History: Chemtrail was cold constructed during the Great War and became a Decepticon Seeker, at some point she upgraded her Alt-Mode to have an Extended Wing Tetrajet alt-mode.  She was among many other Decepticons scouted Chaar when Violengiguar forces arrved on the Planet, and helped Cipher defend the locals from the Rust Giants alongside her fellow Decepticons   She then went to fight the Rust Giants at the Battleboss base, before celebrating their victory over the Rust Giants back at the locals fortress[ Spotlight Violengiguar ]   Gallery:   old picture   Notes: She's based on G1 Chemtrail She s...
