Megatron
He isn't as cruel as many people think. Well he is a cruel warmonger who now dreams of galactic conquest but compared to a bot like Straxus he's actually not as bad. He obsessed with getting the allspark and defeating his foe Optimus prime. He also has a wife who he hates.
All Hail Megatron! is what his troops usually say to him during battle.
History:
Once Megatron was a Miner called D-16. During his earliest days he mined for energon for the Functionist council. At one point he saw the infernocons and reported it to scrounge when he asked.[The infernocons return]
He later started writing essays which inspired the first Decepticons. The government tried to kill him but he escaped with Terminus help [Escape of D-16] and found himself in clench care. In his first match he killed His first bot as Hardshell [the three clenches]. In a particular match he killed a gladiator and got freedom.[spotlight Windblade]
He became friends with Orion Pax and they both accelerated change. Starting both the Decepticon and reform Autobot movement. During Zeta's time he helped rescue Elita 1 from the functionist's and was really confused about his friends kissing.[end, functionist council?]Megatron will later be kidnaped by Megaempress and he was wedded to her[A forceful Marriage]
Eventually war broke out and the two sides fought. After being angered by his friend's death at the hands of Orion, he besieged the Autobot base in revenge but was stopped and defeated by a newly christen Optimus prime, who dealt with him in combat with one punch[The Great war: rise of Optimus]
Megatron had to deal with Megaempresse's pacifist movement which he crushed.[ threat of Megaempress]At somepoint he was fighting Optimus prime in Polyhex when both were attacked by Sideways, Megatron himself being injured greatly after the mysterious bot throwned him from Polyhex to Kaon[Spotlight: Brail]
During his voyage in finding the lost relic, he visited many planets, he once fought the Star seekers during their time hunting the Autobots and Decepticons, which was mentioned by Skyduster while talking to Movor[Star seekers V Commandos]
Eventually he chased the Ark to find the Allspark, during this time he raided Cobatron vaults, visited Animatron, and got stuck in transwarp space before he finally crashed and got stuck on earth[Stellar Oddesey]
His first acct once Awaken was to make a Vehicons army but he failed.[Transformer vengeance 1 of 4]after the battle after a conversation with Banzaitron he chose to give himself a new semitruck alt-mode and show it to his Decepticons.[Megatron's new body]
He was the star of design concept of Banzaitron concept art[best Megatron Body] He was mentioned by Brail after it was revealed that both Brail and Starscream had immortal sparks during Brail's and Vector Prime's quest to kill Sideways[The Brail Paradox]
Then he tried to clone some Phristoricons but that failed, even when he ordered his troops Flowspade and friends to defend it.[Transformer vengeance 2 of 4][Spotlight Flowspade]
He forced himself to ally wit the Autobots to find the love rock which was messing up his crew with the help of Cognive and recruited Scorpinok and Quickstrike[The love rock]
Galvaempress will kidnaped him again and told her plan for him if not soundwave interference.[Megatron's surprise]After trying to make a failed deal with rom[Rom in a desert]
Megatron wandered the desert where he fought Galvacron, where he found out he was once an alternative universe version of him, however Megatron managed to kill him[Tron vs Cron]When Deluge came to the ship, he greeted her and told her about what her job as the replacement of Shockwave after he died[Spotlight: Deluge]
When Unicron emerged he helped the Autobots for his own gain but was killed by Thunderwing[Transformer vengeance 3 of 4] Unicron then later used his husk to fly to Cybertron to destroy it, going to the Dier wraith home world first to raise an army before trying to kill Megatron(who's spark was saved by Mogahn).
However he eventually failed as Mogahn helped Megatron regain control of his own body was reborn but asked Soundwave to kill him, as he was no longer needed, which ended his life[Transformer vengeance 4 of 4][Journey of Megacron]
He was mentioned by Metrotitan while awakening after a long slumber on Elonia under the Control of Macabre[Recrudesce of Emissary 1 of 2]He was mentioned in "The cosmic Continuum" Baron Karza wrote while comparing him to his counterpart from the Arterial cluster, Who was Destron prime[The Cosmic Continuum]

Notes:
Megatron's earth Body is based on movie Megatron's DOTM body which is a truck with a trailer.
His war body is of my own design. But the jet mode is a slight combination of by prime Megatron's alt-mode in a way even though it looks similar to TLK Megatron's alt-mode.
